What do We do?

We provide fixed last-mile and commuter shuttles to various companies and their employees throughout the Bay Area. The routes are serviced in different commercial vehicle types, ranging from Sprinter Vans to F550 Shuttles, including ADA-compliant ones.

Schedule Options – Hiring for Two Positions:

We are urgently hiring for two permanent driving positions:

• Part-Time Driver: 3 days per week, 10-hour shifts (unpaid lunch break)
• Full-Time Driver: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (unpaid lunch break)

Total Hours:

• Part-Time: ~30 hours/week
• Full-Time: ~40 hours/week

Schedule Flexibility:
We offer flexibility! Once hired, drivers can coordinate between themselves to pick and choose which days they’ll work, as long as the route is covered. This is a great setup for those who value work-life balance and cooperative scheduling.

About the Position:

Code 3 Transportation is seeking reliable, punctual, and professional Shuttle Drivers to operate our SMART Station route at the Sonoma County Airport. You'll be driving a company-provided electric vehicle (EV) that seats up to 15 passengers, following a fixed route schedule between the airport and SMART Station.

This is a great opportunity for seasoned commercial drivers seeking consistent part-time or full-time work and a stable, long-term role.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 25 years
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Current DOT medical exam
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate EV shuttle between Sonoma County Airport and SMART Station
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain punctuality and adherence to route schedule
