Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This is a critical role that ensures the quality and integrity of data used across various departments within InsurePlus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Communicate with internal teams to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies

• Organize and maintain digital records in compliance with company standards

• Assist with generating reports and data summaries as required

• Support process improvement initiatives related to data handling

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with data management systems, CRM, or ERP platforms is a plus

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
