Maintain updated and organized records to ensure easy retrieval and reference.
Process insurance applications, policy renewals, and claims documentation efficiently.
Quality Control & Data Integrity
Identify and correct errors in data input and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy and consistency of stored data.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
Administrative Support
Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data input.
Work closely with various teams to retrieve missing or incomplete data.
Manage electronic and physical filing systems for records and documentation.
Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and customers when necessary.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Suggest improvements for data entry processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Work with IT and business analysts to troubleshoot system-related data entry issues.
Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is a plus).
Experience:
1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
Experience in the insurance industry or financial services is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with data entry software, CRM systems, or insurance management platforms.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with different departments.
