Material & Punch List Role

$22/hr Health insurance, 401k, tool account, phone allowance, 13 paid days off.

Well established HVAC company is needing an individual for year round, full time delivery & punch list completoion. Must have at least 5 years in the residential HVAC industry, preferably new construction & replacement. A good driving record is vital and requires background checks for insurance approval. Must be able to multi task and keep track of multiple supply lists to be delivered to different job sites that are critical to efficient production. Punch lists are largely for residential and light commercial new construction but will also include punch lists for replacement systems. Must have all the typical hand tools used in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

Material list creation, verifying accurate deliveries, compiling stocked materials, ordering supplies and picking up, delivery to job sites.

Punch lists include minor corrections or incomplete tasks for projects typically for new construction.

Maintaining stock inventory in good order.

Picking up parts related to service work and delivering.

Keeping itemized lists accurate and separate.

Performing punch list tasks correctly and efficiently to maintain company standards.
