Job Duties: As a CNC Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Verifying job order procedures and adhering to instructions related to machine operations.
• Setting up and operating CNC Machines and/or production equipment in strict accordance with instructions, job specifications, and blueprints.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately to ensure proper machinery setup.
• Utilizing hand tools as necessary for the correct setup of tools in the respective machine.
• Employing precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure product quality.
• Identifying and stamping parts for traceability purposes.
• Inspecting products per print to maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the machine, performing minor maintenance as needed, and promptly reporting malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, with the ability to wear required safety gear.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
