At Mount Peter, we're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Patrol Director to lead our team of dedicated patrollers. As the Patrol Director, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests while creating unforgettable experiences on and off the slopes.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assists guests with medical issues and emergencies.
• Delegate assignments to Patroller and Crew Chief as necessary.
• Complete the Patrollers’ schedules ensuring adequate coverage.
• Interview and select staff.
• Assists mountain operations in daily trail maintenance, as well as opening and closing and other tasks as required.
• Stays current on daily mountain reports and general mountain information.
