Position Title: Resource Management Specialist-Monographs

Position Purpose:

Acquires and makes available resources in all formats to support teaching and learning. Processes orders for requested items, replacement items, and gifts. Communicates with vendors and library staff to acquire resources and resolve problems in a timely manner. Uses a variety of tools to bring new records into the library services platform to begin and sustain workflows. Contributes to the development of general and specialized acquisitions workflows and policies. Leverages technology to streamline ordering, processing, and inventory control. Works with the Coordinated Collection Management team to review legacy formats for triage, replacement, or deselection. Works with the Collection Development Librarian to triage and select gift books for the general collection, using technology and process guidelines to ensure a streamlined workflow. Trains and supervises student assistants.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Acquire materials and resolve issues. Process all types of orders for library materials in all formats using department workflows. Perform on-demand acquisitions of materials for faculty and staff. Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve problems. Leverage technology to streamline ordering, processing, and inventory control.

• Copy cataloging.Performs copy cataloging for monograph records. Identifies, downloads, and edits catalog records for library discovery. Manages the batch loading and deleting of records, utilizing specialized programs and interfaces to create, manipulate, and transfer files of records for complex maintenance routines on catalog data.

• Data management. Use department workflows to import records, modify records as needed, or create brief national standard records when they cannot be downloaded from other sources. Create and edit local systems records to communicate special handling needs. Use specialized workflows to triage materials and identify issues with records. Perform copy cataloging on materials, including special formats, as needed.

• Collection maintenance.Pre-process gifts and produce reports to guide collection development decision-making. Review legacy formats and produce reports to guide triage, replacement, or deselection processes. Work with Collection Development Librarian to assess missing items for replacement or withdrawal. Perform basic book repair.

• Collaboration.Works closely with the Coordinated Collection Management team, Catalog & Metadata Librarian, Collection Development Librarian, and Access Services department to execute projects. Contacts vendors and publishers to facilitate orders and resolve problems. Supervise students as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year related work experience (procurement, library technology, etc.) and/or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience.

• Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite products.

• Ability to learn new skills and systems and develop new workflows to accommodate new systems and services required.

• Library acquisition experience and general knowledge of the current publishing industry are highly desirable.

• Knowledge of MARC and/or other national standards for bibliographic information and data sharing are preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Documentation and Compliance: Issues immigration documents and processes applications through the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). Maintains accurate records of international students immigration documentation within SEVIS and College systems. Ensures compliance with federal regulations and College policies pertaining to international students. Guides students through new employee hiring processes for on-campus employment, including applying for a social security number. Works closely with Class Deans to ensure proper understanding and application of regulations and policies, taking appropriate initiative and exercising discretion within the scope of assigned duties.

• Student Advising and Support:Advises and assists international students on a variety of matters including immigration and visa regulations and applications, cultural adjustment, personal matters, financial concerns, and College procedures. • Programming and Engagement: Oversees the development and execution of orientation programs for new international students. Works with other departments to provide tailored programming to ensure students understand Title IX, the Code of Conduct, and the Honor Code. Creates and implements initiatives beyond orientation that support the retention, well-being, and academic success of international students. Collaborates with campus partners to enhance career readiness, wellness, cultural exchange, and social engagement opportunities.

• Administration:Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy for international student services. Maintains and updates policies and procedures. Produces departmental communications, including newsletters, website content, and student resources. Manages the department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Qualifications:

Position Title: Bursar

Position Purpose: The Bursar oversees the overall operations of student financial services, billing, receivables, and cashiering functions of the College. Position Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the area of solid mechanics (statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials, and machine design). Teaching experience in other areas such as engineering graphics, manufacturing, and control theory are also desired. Family Reunification Coach

Full-Time Days, occasional early evenings.

The Family Reunification Coach must have some flexibility in scheduling while meeting client needs.

Work Related travel reimbursement.

As a Family Reunification Coach, you will have a strong desire to help and serve others at the same time demonstrate a strong willingness to work cooperatively with others and be a part of an exciting foster care team. You will report to the Program Coordinator in the Binghamton, NY office.

Responsibilities:

• Transportation of children to family visits and appointments.

• Provide supervision of family visits with a focus on reunifying the family while utilizing the family visit coaching and engagement model.

• Offer one-on-one support for the youth.

• Maintain cultural sensitivity, competence, and client confidentiality.

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week with a shifting schedule based on the needs of the program which includes some early evenings.

Requirements and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

• Must have a driver's license and a reliable and safe vehicle to transport clients. Standard mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Description

As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing bodies' (DSS, OMH, JCAHO, etc.) requirements for elementary aged children.. You will work on-site on our Albany campus and will report to the Residential Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Provide for the physical and psychological needs of clients, including physical safety, hygiene, clothing, food, cooking, medical care, and providing a reliable and nurturing environment.

1:1 Residential Counselor

• You will follow an individual youth’s 1:1 expectations plan, ICMP, and any safety plans in place.

• Engage the youth in activities and conversation that are age appropriate and at the appropriate developmental level.

• Document in writing a summary of each shift.

• Learn the history and specific issues associated with the youth who requires 1:1; will learn how to safely manage any crisis.

• Seek and obtain training in any particular area specific to the youth who requires 1:1care.

• Transport 1:1 client for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.

RC1

• You will must be able to work within trauma informed framework of program, including identifying and using coping/safety plans, maintaining consistency, providing regular routine, and controlling own response to youth.

• Engage and form positive relationship with all youth served.

• Complete all mandatory trainings according to programmatic guidelines.

• Display basic competency in TCI techniques.

• Follow outlined program routines, therapeutic plans of youth, and program rules and protocols.

• Work as part of a team including colleague residential counselors, clinicians, on line oncall, supervisors, and other administrative and functional support staff.

• Maintain respectful and appropriate communication with internal and external customers,including county workers, medical staff, parents etc.

• Complete and maintain documentation to meet programmatic and regulatory standards.

• Transport clients for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.

RC2

All of the above plus the following:

• You will facilitate groups/coached visitation, understanding and applying curriculum and appropriate practice models, i.e. DBT, SAY, etc.

• Take on specific leadership responsibilities for dorm/cottage, including coordinating activities, participating in program-wide committee.

• Must have the ability, skill, and knowledge to take a lead role in a team.

• Form positive relationships with more challenging youth and families.

RC3

All of the above plus the following:

• Display critical thinking and problem solving skills related to residential program needs.

• Display good judgment and decision making related to all program routines, therapeutic plans of youth, and program rules and protocols.

• Lead, delegate, and plan work for other team members.

Requirements and Education:

• HS Diploma/GED required.

• Experience working with emotionally disturbed population.

• A valid, clean driver's license is required.

• Must pass physical.

• Must be able to complete TCI training.

RC 1

Experience with emotionally disturbed population is preferred.

RC 2

At least six months of related experience is required with demonstrated competency in Level 1 essential job duties. One year of related experience is desired.

RC 3

At least one year of related experience is required with demonstrated competency in Level 2 essential job responsibilities. Two years or more related experience is desired.

Clinician, Mobile Crisis - Days

Differential Pay Available!

MSW/MHC's with Limited Permit are eligible for $2500 signing bonus!

Licensed Social Workers or Mental Health Professionals are eligible for $7500 signing bonus!

As a Clinician for Mobile Crisis, you will be providing crisis risk assessments with a diagnosis (with appropriate supervisory approval, per scope of practice), crisis stabilization and interventions, de-escalation techniques and follow-up services to the identified client experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric crises. These interventions, provided by telephone and on-site mobile visits, will be implemented using a strength-based, trauma-informed, systems-oriented perspective and will include the development of crisis prevention and safety plans; follow-up to evaluate the effectiveness of plans; coordination of services with existing treatment providers; and linkage to additional community-based therapeutic resources and supports. You will directly report to the Clinical Site Supervisors with Director and Executive Program Director guidance and support. You will work on-site with travel to the community and individuals' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid response to adults, children, adolescents, and families, who are in crisis, experiencing an emotional or behavioral disturbance by phone and on-site within the community, and as assigned, participate in acute care emergency services rotation system designed to facilitate and strengthen community-based crisis intervention services. This includes rotation of schedule to provide coverage during holidays and weekends.
• Conduct risk assessments with a diagnosis (with appropriate supervisory approval, per scope of practice), mental status examinations, and substance abuse screening.
• Analyze information to identify action plan, which includes crisis stabilization plan, safety, and crisis prevention plans, and plan for follow-up. Consult with team and supervisors.
• Coordinate with community resources for collateral input and follow-up care, including referrals for mental health treatment and substance abuse assessment and treatment.
• Provide short-term crisis intervention and stabilization services to adults, children, adolescents, and their families in the home or community (wherever the individual is experiencing a crisis).

Schedule/Shift:

• Fulltime; 5 days a week8 hour shifts or 4 days a week 10 hour shifts
• Part time hours available
• Weekend and holiday expectations
• When scheduled for a weekend shift your schedule will be 5, 8 hour shifts for that week

Requirements and Education:

• Looking for applicants with their LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, MSW-LP or MHC-LP licensure, must be license eligible and willing to apply for a limited permit in discipline upon hire
• Requires a Masters' degree (MSW/MHC) and two years of related experience
• Willing to pass and obtain licensure within 3 months of hire - Required
• Must have a valid NYS Drivers License and be willing/able to drive to clients' homes and communities under a variety of circumstances and weather conditions. Must be willing to work in many settings, including clients' homes and other community locations where there may be pets, cigarette smoke, etc.

We are seeking a high energy, motivated Accounts Receivable Credit Assistant

Support Accounts Receivable Department and Customer Service by running reports, performing administrative tasks, and gathering and tracking data. Perform reception duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS

• Process credit applications received by running a credit report, sales history, and research applicants’ equity (Zillow), mail credit acceptance or denial letter, validate and enter resale certificate number into SAP.
• Track payments received from the collection agency or collection attorney and post to A/R
• Process A/R aging report every Monday morning and distribute to the A/R Team
• Process A/R delinquent statements and delinquent letters using mail merge and mail to delinquent customers
• Determine sales associates assigned to customers who are pending outside collections for the notification email. Enter data into a tracking spreadsheet. 
• Update collection status and notes in A/R Aging of customers who are placed with outside collection agency/attorney 
• Create new accounts in SAP using a new account tracker. Report weekly, a list of pending new off-premise accounts to senior management.
• Process invoices received from the collection agency or attorney using PCard, code charges in PCard system and submit for approval
• Update revoked licenses in SAP using SLA website
• Process sales deliveries and customer pickups according to policy & procedure, including tracking and necessary follow up. 
• Process mailing for Unclaimed Property Yearly
• Scan credit applications, resale certificates and any other customer correspondence into Webdocs
• Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping the information confidential. 
• Maintain company’s stability and reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
