REQUIREMENTS:
5 years or more experience preferred, I -car and ASE certified a plus, own tools, ability to multi-task, work well with others, commission pay.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Repairs and reconstructs accident damaged vehicles; oversees the work of apprentice body shop technicians- maintains an honest and direct relationship with body shop management; Performs assigned vehicle body repair work with speed, accuracy and quality in accordance with manufacturer, insurance company and dealership standards; identifies parts and equipment needed for specific Job being performed; completes assigned work in a safe manner, consistent with federal, state, manufacturer and company safety guides; advises management of any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools; performs safety drive of vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes; obeys all state, federal and DMV laws and regulation, and adheres to all company policies, procedures code of Ethics and all other established guidelines.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for moving vehicles brought into the dealership for sales or service.  Verifies receipt of vehicles delivered to the dealership; parks vehicles in areas directed by manager in an orderly and safe manner.  Performs miscellaneous errands, assignments and tasks for the service and sales departments as directed by management.  Retrieves vehicles from stored area for delivery to customer when repairs are completed or sales finalized. Maintains the physical appearance of the lot vehicles; prepares vehicles for delivery on a daily basis; washes, cleans and dries vehicles, both inside and out, starts each displayed vehicle every morning and advises the department manager if a vehicle will not start.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Performs assigned work with speed, accuracy, quality and in accordance with factory and dealership standards.

• Completes all assigned work in a safe manner consistent with both federal, state, manufacturer and Company safety guidelines.

• Physically inspects vehicles to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes and damages either on the exterior or interior and verify presence of normal or listed accessories.  Records identified damage or missing accessories on appropriate form.

• Immediately advises manager of any recognized damage to vehicles, any vehicles damaged while moving, unsafe equipment or tools and/or missing accessories.

• Services vehicles daily and when directed fuel, wash, dry, check-replenish liquids and tires for sales display or delivery to customer.

• Obeys all state, federal and Department of Motor Vehicles laws and regulations, adheres to all Company policies, procedures and ethical standards and established industry guidelines.
• Must have a valid Arizona State drivers license 

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Clearly communicates verbally in person and by telephone with co-workers and customers regarding the status of a vehicle.

• English reading and math skills sufficient to read all technical related documents, Material Safety Data Sheets, insurance, manufactures information and directions and information pertaining to job duties.

• Consistent, regular and timely, daily or as scheduled attendance.

• Legibly completes required forms, documents and reports as needed.

• Accurately compares, reads and records identification numbers up to "18" alpha and numeric series (i.e. Vehicle Identification Numbers, part numbers).

• Works extended hours (potentially 10 hour days) AND spur of the moment overtime AND consecutive work days on a regular and irregular basis.

• Extensive (up to 8 consecutive hours) standing and walking (up to 4 miles daily) on cement, unusual parking lot surfaces, tile, lino and other interior and exterior flooring surfaces.

• Repeated, regular and extended sliding, twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and reaching.

• Repeated and regular getting in and out of the front and back seat of different sized vehicles.

• Repeated lifting, leveraging and carrying of up to 65 pounds for both short and longer distances and over a variety of walking surfaces.

• Repeated, regular and frequent washing, cleaning, and drying vehicles (inside and out).

POSITION SUMMARY: Meets customers on the service drive and determines requested and/or needed service for their vehicle. Completes assorted paperwork; routinely tracks customer's vehicle while in the service areas and follow-up with customer by telephone or via face-to-face interaction with the customer; follows all federal, state and local regulations regarding OSHA guidelines, safety requirements and consumer vehicle awareness and follows all state, federal and DMV laws and regulations and adheres to all company policies, procedures and ethical standards and established industry guidelines; answers all telephone inquiries of customers, vendors and co-workers; maintains pending repair order paperwork by using a standard filing system that is available for immediate reference and retrieval; safely drives vehicles on pre-established routes; physically, manually and auditory inspects vehicles and identifies any additional technical work that may be required, plus any defects, flaws, blemishes and damage either on the exterior or interior of the vehicle.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Accurately completes all paperwork related to the service needs of the customer.
2. Quickly and professionally determines the primary requirement of the customer for their vehicle and the time required to complete the work.
3. Maintains a CSI/QCP rating at or better than region average or as defined by manager on a regular and consistent basis.
4. Routinely tracks customer's vehicle brought into the shop for service and follows-up with the customer by telephone or in person (if customer is waiting) on the status of their vehicle.
5. Follows all federal, state and local regulations regarding OSHA guidelines, safety requirements and consumer vehicle awareness. Obeys all state, federal and Department of Motor Vehicles laws and regulations, adheres to all Company policies, procedures and ethical standards and established industry guidelines.
6. Clearly and concisely answers telephone inquiries of customers, vendors and co-workers.
7. Continually organizes pending repair orders and other related paperwork in a standard filing system available for immediate reference and retrieval.
8. Safely drives vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes.
9. Physically, visually and auditory inspects vehicles, identifies any additional technical work required plus any defects, flaws, blemishes and damage either on the exterior or interior.
