International Business Analyst

Determine, collect and maintain data for developing complex reports that support the business needs of the company and then applying the reporting results to decision making for the company; maintain and develop a system to ensure accuracy through interpretation and analysis; analyze and propose ways to improve our organization’s structure, efficiency, and profits; conduct business analysis, developing domestic and global documents, facilitating proposal strategy, completing all internal and external forms as per regulations and laws, developing business plans to facilitate business operations, providing accurate and timely information as needed, monitoring international and local operations, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective utilization of resources; collaborate with business management and Human Resources personnel on a pro-active basis to provide immigration solutions and communicate with foreign nationals regarding all stages of their nonimmigrant and/or immigrant status; maintain records and immigration personnel files; track immigration metrics; and monitor the non-immigrant visa and permanent resident sponsorship program; review files and work with manager and clients as necessary to develop information for new hire, extension, and amendment petitions.

Requirements:

U.S. Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations
