Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: $20-$22.50/hr

Medical Biller Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and diagnosis coding.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and adherence to patient privacy guidelines.
• Previous experience in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and insurance providers.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in medical billing processes.

Medical Biller Job Responsibilities:

• Perform manual posting of payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle hospital billing processes with precision and adherence to regulations.
• Research and update insurance information to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Answer calls related to patient bills and provide excellent customer service.
• Process credit card payments securely and in compliance with regulations.
• Work on denials, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Verify patient eligibility for services and maintain up-to-date records.
