Essential Job Functions and Requirements:

• Read and understand plans
• Possess good communication skills
• Knowledge of setting forms for handicapped ramps
• Layout and set up concrete stairs
• Know how to scale plans
• Understand production requirements
• Possess a valid Driver License, have a good driving record
• Ability to obtain CDL within one year
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
