Clinician, Foster Care
MSW's with Limited Permit are eligible for $2500 signing bonus
Licensed Social Workers are eligible for a $7500 signing bonus
As a Foster Clinician, you will provide clinical services to children in foster care and support foster families, and families within the foster care system. The Therapeutic Foster Family Program provides foster and pre-adoptive foster homes for abused and neglected children from birth through age 21. Each foster parent receives intensive training and ongoing professional support to promote a positive, successful experience. You will report to the Clinical Supervisor and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment planning and general counseling for children in foster care.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and families, when needed
- Conduct specialized risk assessments
- Consult with other staff involved in the care of the child and families
- Attend all case related meetings (Counsel on Special Education, Termination of Parental Rights, staff meetings, service provider meetings, emergency meetings, court), for cases they are serving
- Participate in formal and informal supervision.
- Meet regularly in the community regarding cases they are seeing for general counseling.
- Have regular communication/meeting with birth families around progress/problems of children in care and how to support them in and work towards permanency.
- Provide regular case documentation for all children and families on workload including assessments, progress notes, Family Service Plan, etc.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree in counseling with related experience.
- Limited permit is required; professional licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Skillbuilder, you will provide targeted skill training to help with independent living and social skills. Directly responsible for providing non-clinical services to individuals with mental health needs who reside in Saratoga County. This is an in person role, in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Facilitate the Peer Run Social Club.
- Provide coverage for Saratoga County Warm line as needed.
- Provide training and teach skills needed to navigate mental health services in Saratoga County to identified clients.

Job Summary | The Procurement Agent is responsible for ensuring that supplier data is accurate, up to date, and in compliance with Institute policies. Position Purpose: Leads the Accommodative Services Office at Union College, providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations to support students with disabilities. Sets department goals, establishes organizational structures, develops policies and procedures, educates stakeholders, and supervises staff to ensure effective delivery of services. Champions students’ rights and enlightens the campus community about disability-related matters. Works closely with campus departments to facilitate accommodations for temporary disabilities, medical needs, housing, and mental health.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Engages with faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members to advise on disability services, legal rights, and accommodations. Collaborates with college attorneys, consultants, deans, and faculty to address concerns and ensure compliance. Supports students in study abroad programs and graduate school applications by providing required paperwork and ensuring their needs are accommodated.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, education, student affairs, higher education administration, or a related field is required.
- Must possess a minimum of seven (7) years of leadership experience in developing, coordinating, and managing disability-related services, preferably within a higher education setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legislation and practice concerning disabilities, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the ADA Amendments (ADAAA) of 2008, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Clinical Case Manager, Intensive Family Empowerment Program
As a Clinical Case Manager in the Intensive Family Empowerment Program, you will provide six to nine months of intensive services to families whose children are either at risk of being removed from their homes or are already in placement. The goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement for troubled children, provide a safe environment to return children already in placement, and prevent future out-of-home placement. - You will work Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and a rotating on-call schedule.

Behavior and Campus Support Worker
You will ensure the security of campus and community residential locations, including working with staff, maintaining communication with resident’s family and guardians, and overseeing resident transportation needs. You will report to the Online/Oncall supervisor and you will work on-site.

- Be the primary person in charge of calling the police for any resident considered missing, completing or ensuring completion of the Missing Person Report form and canceling Missing Person Reports upon a residents return.
- Ensure contacts have been made with the residents family and guardian for all significant incidents.
- Maintain regular entries in the Online/On call log regarding all significant events that occur, and provide the leadership with specific additional information as. Ensure completion of documentation for all significant incidents.
- Ensure significant incidents are called into the Justice Center as applicable.
- Serve as the central person in charge of off campus trips. Approve and log all off-campus trips and assure such trips have proper staff coverage.
- Oversee and transport clients for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.
- Check and assure that all visitors have prior approval to be on the grounds.
- Be available to hear and document any neighbor concerns.

As a Case Manager, Regional Permanency Resource Center you will provide supportive services and case management services to adoptive, guardianship and kinship families so they are able to make informed decisions with regards to services and supports that best meet their needs. Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University at Albany seeks applicants for a Computer Deployment Specialist to support a campus-wide project to replace all non-Windows 11 compatible computers by Fall 2025. This is a large project with a tight timeline. Faculty, staff, conference room, classroom, and research lab computers will be replaced.
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Field Support (FSG) Deployment Group, which will work as a specialized team to deploy all new computers quickly and efficiently. The FSG Deployment Group will support the preparation and deployment/installation of new computers, including installing software, setting up peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), and removing and securely disposing of old computers. The FSG Deployment Group will deploy computers across three campus locations as appointments and rooms are scheduled with faculty and staff.
This position reports to the FSG Deployment Group Supervisor. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under challenging circumstances. They must also be able to complete work within scheduled time constraints. Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications is required. The candidate must also be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
The successful candidate must be able to anticipate and support customers with a wide range of technological expertise. This work requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to follow pre-defined processes and workflows to ensure standardization, and the ability to balance both the technical and basic functional expectations of the position.
Primary responsibilities:
As a member of the FSG Deployment Group, follow and assist with pre-defined processes and workflows as assigned, including:
- Activities to support new computer deliveries and maintenance of storage and work areas.
- Configure computers and run OS deployment.
- Accurately update machine and person data in Active Directory and the appropriate inventory, reporting, project, and management tools.
- Prepare computers for daily delivery and deployment to designated offices, classrooms, conference rooms, or designated staging areas.

- Meet regularly in the community regarding cases they are seeing for general counseling.
- Have regular communication/meeting with birth families around progress/problems of children in care and how to support them in and work towards permanency.
- Provide regular case documentation for all children and families on workload including assessments, progress notes, Family Service Plan, etc.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree in counseling with related experience.
- Limited permit is required; professional licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) preferred.
