As a Clinician, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team with the underserved populations in our community by providing clinical counseling to individuals, families and couples in an outpatient mental health clinic licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). You will report to the Director of the Behavioral Health Center. Sessions may be conducted in the office or via Tele-mental Health as clinically indicated.The pay is $40 - $54 depending on licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients aged birth to 65, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and individual and family therapy services to those assigned to caseload.
- Create initial treatment plans, subsequent treatment plan reviews, progress notes for each scheduled appointment, and other documentation/assessments as indicated.
- Collaborate with on-site prescriber, other medical and mental health providers, schools and any other community supports for client care.
- Attend Behavioral Health Center staff meeting twice a month.
- Attend and participate in Supervision; weekly, bi-weekly or monthly based on licensure level or individual needs.
- Provide referrals and linkages to community supports, resources, and services.
Requirements and Education:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counselor.
- Experience in human services, case management, line staff at a residential program, or any other related direct care within human services, both pre and post master degree, will be considered.
- License and/or Limited Permit eligible, have a limited permit in discipline or Fully Licensed (LMHC/LCSW/LCSW-R), preferred.

As the Team Lead of Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI), you will provide clinical supervision, support, and mentorship to your team to help them change lives. The HBCI team provides short-term (up to 6 weeks), intensive intervention to youth and families who are in crisis. We work with parents and caregivers to help them help their children. The short-term format means the work is fast-paced and outcome oriented, which means you and your team will produce meaningful outcomes in a short period of time. Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to the team and be responsible for allocation of staff time; provide training and ensure all team members are kept informed of issues.

- Create rotating call schedule for after-hours / weekend coverage by team members.

- Assist primary clinicians to conduct comprehensive assessment of family strengths, values, skills, problems, need and barriers to goal attainment while developing a positive working relationship with the families.
- Collaborate and advocate with formal and information community resources and systems that impact family while teaching family members to advocate for themselves and prepare them for transition and service closure.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree and at least one year of progressively responsible related experience. Experience in a home-based and/or crisis intervention services program. Candidates with training in the Homebuilder model of crisis intervention are preferred.
- Must be a licensed mental health professional. These include, but are not limited to: Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist.

The Behavioral Health program and the Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a shared role working between our Schenectady NY location and our Rensselaer NY location. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive Psychiatric services to adults and youth who are enrolled in our outpatient clinic program and a 28-person caseload of youth enrolled in our Youth ACT program. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be able to seechildren.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric services to youth enrolled in Youth ACT and adults and youth enrolled in our BehavioralHealth Clinic as assigned
- Provide consultation to staff on diagnostic and treatment questions
- Participate in formal and informal training and education to staff
- Prescribe medications, monitor, and review of drug regimen for enrolled individuals
- Participate in quality assurance activities, consult with the Youth ACT Team in developing and reviewing service plans for all Youth ACT enrolled individuals

Education and/or Experience:

- Must be fully licensed Nurse Practitionerin the State of New York.

- National Provider Identification (NPI) - issued by the federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). All electronic prescriptions in NYS require an NPI. Claims processing functions also require the NPI of nurse practitioners and physicians.

As a Greenhouse Coordinator, you will development and implementation of the botanical classroom instructional plans for students. You will report to the Transition Learning Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject area instruction (Green house and plan based botanical) that provides students with appropriate level lessons and age experiences.
- Develop and implement instructional materials to provide individual and small group instruction to students of various ability levels grades 8 -12.

- Follow all Agency policies and procedures, along with state and federal regulations pertaining to our school and students.
- Facilitate partnership between the greenhouse activities and gardens through home and school education programs by coordinating community workshops, recruiting home garden volunteers.

Residential Assistant Supervisor -
Albany residential has an immediate need for a full-time ResidentialAssistant Supervisor. This position is responsible for supervising direct care staff as well as working as part of the direct care team who collectively provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and regulation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising program activity as related to client treatment plans
- Supervision and evaluation of direct care staff

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Skillbuilder, you will provide targeted skill training to help with independent living and social skills. Goals that the Skill Builder will work on could be Career Planning, Self-Care, Daily Living, Housing, and Money Management, including establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, how to accept no as an answer, handling conflict with peers and authority figures, and using their coping skills when feeling dysregulated. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- At a minimum, 50% of the work week is spent face-to-face with clients to provide services designated in the Treatment Plan.
- Provide services based on the youth's needs and preferences as identified in the Treatment Plan.
- Work with treatment team members to identify goals and objectives of treatment, including youth, families, school, and counselors.
- Complete all required documentation and submit it to the Supervisor within the required timeframes.
- Ability to work with diverse consumers who have mental health challenges and may be developmentally delayed. Understand their independent living needs to work with the case manager to find resources in the community for educational and vocational skills and programming for discharge.

Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. Job Summary | The Assistant Director (AD) of Student Activities is responsible for planning, facilitating and assisting in the coordination of student club programs on campus. Job Summary | The Procurement Agent is responsible for ensuring that supplier data is accurate, up to date, and in compliance with Institute policies. The Agent assists with evaluating and negotiating small dollar procurements, consistent with Rensselaer policies. Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Procurement, the Agent works closely with E-Business prioritizing master agreements, supplier enablement, and other contract opportunities. In collaboration with other areas in the Controller’s Office, facilitates encumbrance releases and develops training materials and programs focused on compliance with policies and procedures. |

Job Summary | The Research Accountant will provide post-award financial analysis and support for research grants / contracts received by Rensselaer. The Research Accountant will review and analyze grant expenditures to ensure that the expenses are appropriate, allowable, within budget limits and paid in a timely manner.
