Aggieland Express is looking for an operations manager. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year based off experience.
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Car Wash, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations.
• Cultivate a culture of exceptional Customer service, guiding managers to inspire their teams in delivering a unique and memorable was experience.
• Directly supervise, support, and evaluate managers, ensuring effective delegation and management across all locations.
• Collaborate with management team members to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, staff development, and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a dedicated team, with a particular emphasis on excellence in customer service.
• Create a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth.
• Implement strategies to optimize sales, increase revenue, and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify improvement areas, focusing on aligning operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Actively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage customers inquiries or concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
