Multi Media Services is seeking an energetic, professional and qualified sales representative to present our printed products to the businesses and individuals in our region, as well as following up with current customers to ensure all their printing needs are being met. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiation skills and an ability to showcase our products in a compelling way.
Main Duties
- Learn and master our PrintSmith printing program as well as our products, paper and substrates, working with our current in-house sales representative
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business in digital and large format areas of printing within our service area
- Review and contact past customers who have not ordered within 2+ years and arrange an in-person appointment, at our office or theirs
- Follow up on all sales calls made
- Contact Loyalty Loop reviews (our customers) who request addition areas of printing for their organization
- Write up sales jobs in the Printing system and follow progress of proofing, printing, and delivery.
- Maintain working relationships with your customers to ensure they receive exceptional service, customer support and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Prepare concise and accurate weekly and monthly contact, follow-up, and sales logs

Responsible for and has the authority to monitor various performance criteria for assigned areas and to initiate and manage technical programs and projects for improvements. Provides guidance for Manufacturing. Creates and modifies work instructions, procedures, and manufacturing aids for production. The primary duties of this position require basic knowledge of engineering acquired through training and hands-on experience.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIY AND ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNTIONS:
The duties of the Manufacturing Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Create and modify work instructions as needed for production processes. Submits draft to management for approval
- Design and develop manufacturing aids which will improve the production processes:
- Develop new concepts
- Presents concepts to management for approval
- Coordinates the fabrication through internal or outside shops
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the equipment or processes
- Establishes set-up (machine) standards for equipment to improve consistency in Quality.
- Attends meetings; participates on teams; collaborates with other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Note: All job requirements must be specific, realistic, and defensible.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or Mechanical Technology or related concentration
Experience: Entry level.
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Ability to create drawings in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
- Capable of reading electrical schematics/wiring diagrams
Tools able to use:
- rulers and blueprints (Imperial & Metric)
- blueprints and schematics
- micrometers, calipers, measurement gauges
Software: Must have, or attain, a working knowledge of computer-aided design software to perform the job successfully, should have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and the use of the Internet.
Language: Native language of assigned location.
PREFERRED:
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- ISO 9001 familiarity
Software: Solid Works 3D and/or AutoCAD Electrical.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree (A.S.) with 5 years of related manufacturing experience in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. The individual must be willing and flexible enough to work weekends and different shifts on occasion as well as have the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
The Shipping Supervisor directly supervises union employees in accordance with company’s policies, applicable laws, and union contract language. This includes, but not limited to, training, planning, assigning, directing, disciplining, rewarding, and appraising assigned workforce. The successful candidate must ensure the compliance of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), BRC (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards), and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) regulations and procedures by holding the department/shift responsible for quality checks, documentation, and monitoring. Other duties include ensuring the effective operation of packaging, shipping and receiving areas to meet assigned goals as well as assisting shipping clerks and other personnel when needed to maintain consistent and efficient workflow.
