Skills & Requirements:
Responsibilities: Greets all customers; completes information required on all sales forms (DMV, credit applications, offer to purchase contracts); schedules appointments with prospective buyers; responds to direct inquiries and follows-up with previous customer contacts; able to work with customers to match their needs to our vehicles; able to communicate the benefits, features, specifications, prices, options, accessories and models for all product lines; safely drives vehicles on pre-established demonstration route; physically inspects both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes or damage.
- Previous sales experience not required.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Must have a valid Arizona driver?s license with acceptable driving record and ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.
Training: We provide an excellent and intensive sales training class plus ongoing training.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs vehicle repairs; oversees the work of apprentice technicians as assigned; recommends needed and necessary service and repairs; maintains an honest relationship with satisfied and dissatisfied customers; follows and adheres to the Company's Code of Ethical Behavior and Dealings. Performs assigned work in a safe manner that is consistent with both federal, state, and manufacturer and Company safety guides; advises management of any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools; safely drives vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes; physically inspects vehicles and identify any defects, flaws, blemishes or damage, either on the exterior or interior; obeys all state, federal and DMV laws and regulations. Utilizes PPE and all safety devices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs assigned work with speed, accuracy and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
2. Maintains consistent level of competence on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
3. Completes all assigned work in a safe manner consistent with both federal, state, manufacturer and . Company safety guides.
4. Advises management on any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools.
5. Safely drives vehicles on pre-established demonstration route.
6. Physically inspects vehicles and identifies any defects, flaws, blemishes and damage either on the exterior or interior.
7. Obeys all state, federal and Department of Motor Vehicles laws and regulations, adheres to all Company policies, procedures and ethical standards and established industry guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Verbal communication ability, to clearly communicate in person and by telephone with co-workers and customers regarding the service requirements of the vehicle.
2. Daily attendance that is consistent, regular and timely.
3. English reading and math skills sufficient to read all contracts and manufacturer's information (approximately 10th grade level)
4. Extensive (up to 6 consecutive hours) standing, climbing, walking and fast walking (approximately a combined 4 miles daily) on cement, usual parking lot surfaces, tile, lino and other interior and exterior flooring surfaces.
5. Repeated, regular and extended bending, twisting, sliding, pushing, pulling, stooping, stretching and reaching.
6. Mentally recalls, tracks and accurately recounts work in progress; the ability to accurately apply pertinent repair information.
7. Completes required forms, documents and reports as needed.
8. Extensive out-of-doors work during daytime and nighttime hours in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
9. Cooperative and courteous manner with customers, co-workers and management personnel.
10. Valid driver's license and insurability by employer's carrier.
11. Accurately compares, reads and records identification numbers up to 18" alphanumeric series (i.e., Vehicle Identification Number, part numbers).

POSITION SUMMARY: Meets customers on the service drive and determines requested and/or needed service for their vehicle. 2. Quickly and professionally determines the primary requirement of the customer for their vehicle and the time required to complete the work.
3. Maintains a CSI/QCP rating at or better than region average or as defined by manager on a regular and consistent basis.
4. Routinely tracks customer's vehicle brought into the shop for service and follows-up with the customer by telephone or in person (if customer is waiting) on the status of their vehicle.
5. Follows all federal, state and local regulations regarding OSHA guidelines, safety requirements and consumer vehicle awareness. Obeys all state, federal and Department of Motor Vehicles laws and regulations, adheres to all Company policies, procedures and ethical standards and established industry guidelines.
6. Clearly and concisely answers telephone inquiries of customers, vendors and co-workers.
7. Continually organizes pending repair orders and other related paperwork in a standard filing system available for immediate reference and retrieval.
8. Safely drives vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes.
9. Physically, visually and auditory inspects vehicles, identifies any additional technical work required plus any defects, flaws, blemishes and damage either on the exterior or interior.
ALL CANDIDATES:
1. Pass observed and SAMHSA certified drug screen.
2. Present documents to certify eligibility to work.

claims.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Seeking 20-hour per week staff attorney to Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for Southern Arizona. Qualified candidate will have the following:
1. Active member of the Arizona Bar with at least five (5) years experience.
2. Admitted to practice in the the United States District Court for Arizona.
3. Direct and extensive experience with chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, including appearing in the United States Bankruptcy Court of Arizona.

5. Experience supervising legal assistants working on consumer bankruptcy matters.
6. Be able to start no later than April 14, 2025.
7. Salary will be commensurate with experience, range $46,467 to $60,403.
