The Wound Care Nurse is responsible for developing and ensuring implementation of plans of care that are comprehensive and patient specific, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team. The Wound Care Nurse will be responsible for establishing an evidence-based Wound Care Program at Terence Cardinal Cooke and serving as an expert in the management of wounds and promotion of education and excellence in this area.
