Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to coordinate order collections and submissions as well as oversee the loading and delivery of ordered product. The Director of Sales Operations is also responsible for the effective allocation of equipment and personnel necessary to accomplish these objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the Delivery Manager and Warehouse Manager roles, including hiring, development, performance management and terminations
• Ensure efficiency in the Order and Warehouse function (Presell to Warehouse to Picking)
• Ensure efficiency in the Delivery System (Warehouse to Store)
• Oversee the Routing and Delivery schedule and develop processes and systems to ensure the product is delivered to the retail stores in the most efficient and effective manner.
• Assist and advise the VP of Operations and General Manager in the establishment of the Company's sales operations plan
• Assist the Company in establishing a procurement plan for delivery equipment within budget to accomplish delivery and operations plan.
• Oversee the Warehouse Manager in developing a plan to process orders, pick product, load product and distribute product in the most efficient and effective manner
• Promote a Company culture that focuses on safety by participating in and following safety policies and procedures. This includes assisting in the identification of hazards in the workplace and performing any necessary training
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with experience in college-level marketing and business development curriculum preferred
• A valid driver's license
• Knowledge of general sales, account management and marketing techniques

Work Environment and Equipment

Hours: Weekend availability

Pay from $17 / hour

Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to merchandise products within all format accounts. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, stocking, and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Essential Job Functions

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Maintain backroom/back stock areas in an orderly fashion
• Keep merchandise displayed in a manner calculated to increase sales
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Communicate with the Customer upon arrival and departure from the store
• Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance
• *A valid driver's license and required level of insurance coverage (*Not required for individuals 16 and 17 years of age who report to a single account)
• *Reliable transportation to and from accounts
• *A valid pallet jack and/or forklift certification where necessary
• Knowledge of general merchandising
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Basic knowledge of computers and tablets
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Skills in problem solving and judgement and decision making
• Ability to provide attention to detail
• Ability to perform miscellaneous job functions in a scheduled timeframe

Pay starting @ $19 / hour

The purpose of this role is to meet customer needs through delivering snack and beverage products to assigned customer, and merchandising product in a manner to increase sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and merchandise snack and beverage products to assigned customers
• Display and rotate products according to Company standards
• Load and unload delivery truck daily
• Resolve discrepancies
• Create invoice for products sold to vending machines and collect cash
• Finalize end of day paperwork
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Perform other duties as necessary
