Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to ensure customer needs are being met satisfactorily and ensure the company's presence in a specific territory meets the company's standards and expectations. The Large Format Territory Sales Manager (LF-TSM) will also manage, lead, and develop the Retail Sales Merchandisers (RSM's), regarding promotions, displays and other sales opportunities within assigned accounts or territories with the objective to grow volume, share, revenue, and profit. This role also manages relationships with key large format accounts to ensure excellent customer service, increase sales and improve market share at the store level.
Essential Job Functions
- Audit store accounts to ensure Company standards are being met and product line is being expanded by identifying opportunities to sell in more products
- Merchandise product and promotional advertisements as needed
- Maintain communication with store managers to determine product and merchandising needs and maintain a positive working relationship
- Manage Retail Sales Merchandisers including hiring, development, training, schedule, performance management and terminations
- Interface with Retail Sales Merchandisers to ensure current and upcoming products and promotions are ordered appropriately to meet store managers' needs
- Ensure store managers are complying with LinPepCo contracts and promotional signage and pricing
- Clean and replace signs, displays, glides, racks and cold barrels as needed
- Stock and rotate product onto shelves
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- High School diploma and two years of related route sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties and responsibilities
- A valid driver's license
- A valid pallet jack and/or forklift certification
- Knowledge of inventory management and general merchandising
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of computers and tablets

Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing inventory at Midco’s Warehouse and Inventory facilities by accurately receiving incoming shipments and picking and processing all outgoing shipments using inventory control systems to support internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all incoming and outgoing shipments by prepping, picking, loading, unloading, and securing the equipment.
- Ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged, while safely loading and unloading them.
- Accurately distribute equipment to the appropriate personnel
- Actively collaborate cross-departmentally ensuring effective communication related to inventory or processing of orders.
- Maintain and organize Midco's inventory using the inventory system, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Process new & used CPE ensuring correct status and inventory location within necessary software programs.
- Process timely and accurate requisition orders to replenish the inventory as needed.
- Accurately key inventory data and conduct precise inventory cycle counts.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as necessary.
- Successfully complete ongoing training as necessary and/or as directed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Midco’s safety program, enforce safety rules and procedures, wear appropriate safety apparel (including hard hats, safety vests, OSHA approved boots), and operate all equipment safely.
- Operate and drive a company vehicle in compliance with all Midco policies and procedures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to traffic laws. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance and repairs are conducted as scheduled to uphold a professional image as directed by leadership.
