Alexander Counseling Center is expanding and seeking Master’s-level mental health therapists (licensed or registered associates) to join our in-person Medford practice. We offer a supportive, trauma-informed environment with strong administrative support and flexible scheduling options.

Position Options

• Part-time (limited benefits)

• Full-time (with benefits)

• In-person, office-based role

Caseload & Compensation

• Typical caseload: 22–25 clients/week

  • Starting compensation: ~$60,000+/year

• Higher caseload option: 30+ clients/week

  • Earning potential: $90,000+/year

• Wage is negotiable based on licensure status, experience, and caseload desired

• Compensation increases appropriately with increased caseload

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

• Active Oregon license OR registered associate status

• Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy in Medford

• Strong documentation and ethical clinical practice

Preferred (Not Required)

• Trauma-informed orientation (EMDR, CBT, ERP, or related modalities)

• Interest in professional growth and collaboration
