We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity to support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and retention. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing, gaining valuable exposure to all parts of the marketing function. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, curious, adaptable, and excited about learning in a high-growth environment where no two days look the same.
Marketing Campaign Support:
- Assist in executing email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot
- Help manage and update content calendars, blog posts, landing pages, and website copy
- Support coordination of social media content and scheduling
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time
Reporting & Optimization:
- Track campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal tools
- Help compile weekly/monthly reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
- Assist in QA of marketing content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards
Project & Workflow Management:
- Easily switch between tasks and manage multiple priorities throughout the day
- Jump in to support wherever needed—from campaign brainstorms to last-minute event coordination
- Bring a solution-oriented mindset to evolving projects and goals
Customer Retention & Lead Nurturing:
- Support customer retention efforts, including loyalty campaigns, webinars, and automated journeys
- Assist with lead data updates and ensure campaign recipients are accurately targeted
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships welcome!)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to move fluidly between projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, even if you’re not a "numbers person"
- Creative thinker with a basic understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Interest in technology and artificial intelligence is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, Figma, and Canva is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

As an Outbound Sales Representative at Coastal Debt Resolve, you will:
You will play a crucial role in client outreach and engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to make high-volume outbound calls, identifying business owners in need of our debt settlement services. You will introduce them to our programs, assess their eligibility through qualifying questions, and transfer them to our team of closers for a free consultation.
Responsibilities:
- Make 600-1,000 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
- Clearly explain Coastal Debt Resolve’s services, emphasizing the benefits and solutions provided.
- Follow a structured script and utilize rebuttals to determine client eligibility before transferring them to a closer.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume and transfers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and manage client data efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, targeting up to 1,000 calls daily.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and earn commission.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet daily call targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Five9 software.
- Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and the debt settlement industry.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $15.65 per hour.
- Commission: $30-$60 per qualified client referral, with additional bonuses up to $400 for client enrollment.
- Weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets and achieving exceptional sales metrics.
- Uncapped earning potential.
