Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to merchandise products within all format accounts. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, stocking, and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Essential Job Functions

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Maintain backroom/back stock areas in an orderly fashion
• Keep merchandise displayed in a manner calculated to increase sales
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Communicate with the Customer upon arrival and departure from the store
• Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance
• *A valid driver's license and required level of insurance coverage (*Not required for individuals 16 and 17 years of age who report to a single account)
• *Reliable transportation to and from accounts
• *A valid pallet jack and/or forklift certification where necessary
• Knowledge of general merchandising
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Basic knowledge of computers and tablets
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Skills in problem solving and judgement and decision making
• Ability to provide attention to detail
• Ability to perform miscellaneous job functions in a scheduled timeframe
• Must be flexible and adaptable to support the team to obtain Company goals
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holiday hours

• Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts.
• Maximize profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the customer's business and building relationships based on trust and integrity with that customer's management team.
• Successfully sell promotional plans that align with and support the customer's and LinPepCo's business objectives and strategies.
• Ability to collaboratively sell and overcome customer objections for display and incremental opportunities.
• Sell-in and implement promotional strategies for the introduction of new brands and packages.
• Develop and train Merchandisers
• Track daily, weekly and monthly order activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g., delivery, merchandising) that help align ourselves better with the customer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide relief through the picking, delivering and merchandising of products
to meet customer needs. The Assistant Snack Manager will assist the Snack Manager as needed with
various other responsibilities to support the snack operations. This role will also provide coaching,
training and motivation to Snack Customer Representatives in order to achieve key performance
objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Function in a relief role by picking, delivering and merchandising products
• Function in a relief role to the Snack Manager to support vacations and illnesses
• Display and rotate products according to company standards
• Load and unload delivery truck
• Resolve customer complaints
• Develop customer relationships and provide service to ensure customer retention and customer
loyalty
• Assist the Snack Manager by providing coaching, training and motivation to new and existing
Snack Customer Representatives
• Perform other duties as necessary
Job Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• A commercial driver's license when applicable
• A valid forklift and pallet jack certification
