Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including the plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment and other requirements
• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule
• Facilitate company safety program
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers

Job Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in oversite of construction projects
• Familiarity and expertise of all facets of new construction for all size projects
