Receptionist – Busy Medical Practice

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Receptionist to join our fast-paced medical practice.

Job Duties:

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines

• Greet and check in patients

• Use computer systems for scheduling and data entry

• Perform filing and general office tasks

• Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation (must travel to Potsdam twice weekly)

• Previous office or medical experience a plus
