Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to customer policies, claims, and financial metrics.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business operations and decision-making.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for key stakeholders.

• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and risks.

• Collaborate with IT, underwriting, and finance teams to enhance data-driven strategies.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Provide recommendations to optimize pricing, claims processing, and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
