What You Will Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative at Helion, you will be the frontline of our company, representing our mission and values while providing top-tier support to internal and external stakeholders. You will handle a variety of inquiries related to our services, products, scheduling, and company policies. Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues quickly, and provide a positive experience will directly impact our company reputation and customer loyalty.
This role is based onsite at our headquarters in Everett, WA, and reports to the Customer Support Manager.
You Will:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, People Ops) to address concerns and follow up on requests
Assist with onboarding communications for new clients, employees, or partners
Support internal communications related to facilities, scheduling, and services
Monitor service quality and participate in process improvement discussions
Uphold Helion’s values and promote a customer-first approach at all times
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with common customer service software tools (CRM systems, ticketing platforms, etc.)
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Empathy, patience, and a strong sense of professionalism
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience working in technical or scientific environments is a plus

What You Will Be Doing:
As Helion’s Project Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Program Management and work closely with cross-functional engineering, finance, operations, and executive teams. You will lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of complex initiatives critical to our fusion technology roadmap.
You will oversee multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, align stakeholders, monitor risks, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure key deliverables are met. Your ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams will be essential to Helion's continued innovation and scale.
You Will:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact technical and operational projects from initiation through closure
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
Monitor project progress, manage dependencies and resources, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report on progress, and adapt plans as needed
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status updates
Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on project updates and deliverables
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication and accountability across teams
Support executive leadership with project prioritization, resource planning, and strategic alignment
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
7+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, energy, or complex hardware environments
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and tools for reporting and communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey complex information
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining structure and focus
Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement practices
