Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough psycho/social assessment of residents and their family members
• Coordinate and monitor available services to ensure optimum level of emotional, physical, and psychological well-being and independence
• Interpret residents' needs and behaviors and extend professional intervention to all levels of staff suggesting positive approached: such as alternatives to the use of restraints and psychotropic drugs.
• Initiate and facilitate meetings of the residents, families, and staff, directed at a fuller understanding of the institutionalized resident. Continuously utilizing joint participation in improving residents' emotional and physical well-being

Job Type: Part Time

Salary: $20.58 - $25.72 per hour

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience and advanced knowledge of a specialized or technical field
• Ability to read and interpret documents

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
