Analyze and propose ways to improve the organization’s structure, efficiency and profits; identify sales opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects, and conducting thorough due diligence for acquisitions; research of the economy's trends and the short- and long-term marketing decisions of the company; analyze marketing methods and procedures to develop and utilize the most economically advantageous and efficient means of products, based on an evaluation of market conditions; contribute expertise to strategic initiatives like Project Reli, where your insights will drive market analysis and pricing strategies for new product introductions; provide oversight for all customer contact: implementing standard customer service procedures; proactive daily involvement in all Branch purchasing and expenditures; ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly work processes and reporting are done accurately, timely, and error-free; partner with Supply Department to roll out fixed contracts and maintain margins on hedged gallons; identify sales leads and qualifies prospects through cold calling and other methods including driver leads, call ins, and customer referrals; build and maintain pipeline of new prospects, closed business, and upcoming installations to meet company objectives; handle due diligence process for acquisitions – to include, market and customer segmentation research, fleet and asset evaluation, operations and safety audits and overall business strategy analysis.
