JOB PURPOSE:

Perform basic service installations, disconnects and changes for residential and business customers. Preferred candidates live within 15 miles of service area.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Perform installation work including but not limited to voice, video and data installs, and service changes and disconnects in customer homes and places of business.
• Complete Midco First Time Right Broadband I certification within 90 days of hire. Consistently apply First Time Right principles in all aspects of work.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), and signal leakage repairs.
• Maintain records, including daily logs and gas sheets.
• Record all required information on work orders, surveys, and referrals.
• Promote cable, internet, and other Company services and educate customers on the proper use of Midco’s services, including how to add additional services, access help online, channel lineups, and proper equipment usage.
• Ensure proper signal levels and picture quality on all television sets; clear the premises of all debris and materials after the installation is complete.
• Appropriately manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Respond to requests for service and assistance in a timely manner.
• Perform on-call duties as required.
• Possess knowledge of Midco’s safety program (Target Zero), practice and enforce safety rules and procedures; operate all equipment in a safe manner.

JOB PURPOSE:

Successfully manage the month-end close process, including the production and distribution of financial statements.   Oversee analysis of operating results by department staff and manage staff performance.  Work directly with the Director of Accounting to achieve defined department objectives.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Manage and perform a wide variety of accounting, finance, and analysis activities in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures, and in accordance with GAAP while effectively managing and developing staff.
• Manage the month-end close process.
• Review and manage the production of monthly financial statement packages for internal distribution in accordance with predetermined close schedule.
• Perform variance and other analysis; prepare and distribute monthly analytical reports internally as part of predetermined close process.
• Successfully lead, develop, and manage direct reports to promote career development and customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely performance feedback and coaching according to company and departmental policies in one-on-one meetings, conduct continuous conversations around performance, and as necessary, deal with disciplinary and/or performance problems.
• Manage the production and review of financial reporting required for lenders on a quarterly basis.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements for inclusion in the annual audit report for parent and subsidiary companies.
• Serve as one of the key contacts for the annual external audit by providing information and support in preparation of and during the audit period.
• Support daily treasury function as needed and provide oversight for payment processing applications/processes.
• Design, modify and prepare various financial reports using Prophix and other applications.
• Perform technical accounting research related to new and/or complex accounting transactions.
• Participate in adoption of new accounting standards.
• Document and assist in the development and revision of new and existing accounting processes and related procedures, to ensure proper internal controls and segregation of duties.

• 1 year programming experience in .NET, C# and/or ASP.NET is preferred.

• 1+ years of D365 F&O development experience is preferred.

JOB PURPOSE:

• Effectively and efficiently project manage all business customer contracts, taking full responsibility for the customer experience from the time a contract is signed to service installation and billing commencement and verification.  
• Review and fulfill contracts for basic services with accuracy, ensuring compliance with current rate card, company policy and regulatory requirements. 
• Coordinate site surveys, installs, and other customer onboarding activities ensuring customers clearly understand project status throughout all phases, including outstanding, pending and completed tasks.  
• Meet or exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs).  
• Facilitate customer relocations, renewals and service changes as they occur. 
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure we deliver a superior customer experience for all customers. 
• Proactively contact customers following installation to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Proactively offer bill review assistance to all customers adding new services to ensure full understanding of monthly recurring charges, taxes and fees.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Perform installation work including but not limited to voice, video and data installs, and service changes and disconnects in customer homes and places of business.
• Complete Midco First Time Right Broadband I certification within 90 days of hire. Consistently apply First Time Right principles in all aspects of work.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), and signal leakage repairs.
• Maintain records, including daily logs and gas sheets.
• Record all required information on work orders, surveys, and referrals.
• Promote cable, internet, and other Company services and educate customers on the proper use of Midco’s services, including how to add additional services, access help online, channel lineups, and proper equipment usage.
• Ensure proper signal levels and picture quality on all television sets; clear the premises of all debris and materials after the installation is complete.
• Appropriately manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Respond to requests for service and assistance in a timely manner.
• Perform on-call duties as required.
• Possess knowledge of Midco’s safety program (Target Zero), practice and enforce safety rules and procedures; operate all equipment in a safe manner.
• Operate and drive a Company vehicle in accordance with all Midco policies including maintaining a safe driving record.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 84 lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and risk of radiation and vibration.
• In-person visits to a customer’s home or place of business are normal in the performance of this job. Specific abilities required include accessing a customer's home or place of business by stairs or elevator, operating doors or other entrances, navigating hallways and buildings, etc., and adapting successfully to a constantly changing environment.
• Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, as business demands.
• Must be able to climb poles, ladders, and other structures with proper equipment.
• Must be able to work from elevated heights and in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
