JOB PURPOSE:
The Growth Marketing Strategist is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Midco products. They create and implement marketing strategies for select Midco products to drive new customer acquisition and increased revenue from our existing customer base (via upselling and cross-selling efforts). This person will partner closely with external and internal teams to create, execute, and optimize their strategies.
The hiring range for this position is $70,000-$89,000. The actual base salary offered to the most qualified individual will be determined based on multiple factors including internal equity, location, and the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Create data-driven strategies that support revenue growth through new customer acquisition and current customer upselling and cross-selling. This includes, but is not limited to, tri-annual strategy recommendations as well as campaign strategy documents to bring the strategies to life.
- Analyze data from disparate data sources to find patterns, interpret findings and garner actionable insights to create marketing strategies. This includes identifying the target audiences, markets, key messaging points, campaign goals and timing.
- Communicate the marketing strategy to our media agency and partners to ensure the marketing strategy tactics reach the correct audience at the right time. This is inclusive of all elements for seasonal and ongoing campaigns (i.e., direct mail, sales collateral).
- Work with our internal teams to ensure our messaging meets the needs of our target audience and achieves our business goals.
- Test hypotheses and use data to drive decisions to inform more effective marketing strategies.
- Partner with our analytics and media teams to optimize customer segments, messaging, and tactics for campaign strategies.
- Model Midco’s mission, vision, values, ethos, and Leadership Success Drivers, and inspire others to do the same.
- Ensure customer privacy by adhering to Midco’s privacy guidelines while actively following Midco policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Focus in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Strategy, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years or related relevant experience required, ideally in Marketing Strategy, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Product Marketing, or Advertising.
- Possess a working knowledge and understating of project management tools such as Workfront and the ability to effectively manage resources, track projects and tasks, report on progress and assist others in learning best practices.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Summary:
As a Central Construction Coordinator, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, acting as Midco’s key liaison with vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies. This role includes planning and scheduling construction activities, ensuring project compliance and progress, and coordinating permitting processes. Position levels range from Coordinator to Coordinator III, depending on experience and certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in Construction team efforts to maintain, expand and upgrade Midco’s regional network.
- Schedule and plan all phases of construction projects to meet established goals and deadlines.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance for each project.
- Collaborate with State, County, City, Townships, and other entities on permit requirements and requests, and attend related meetings, including those with utility companies.

- Create Project Summaries and ensure projects are closed timely, with all excess materials returned to Materials Management.
- Create Purchase Orders and Change Orders and issue to contractors.

- Read, comprehend, and utilize cable system maps and plans.

- Ensure all project documents are complete in their entirety, placed in Compass, and kept current.

The hiring range for this position is $26.00 - $38.50. This pay range is inclusive of multiple job levels. JOB PURPOSE:
The Centralized Business Sales Account Executive of Midco Properties is a sales professional responsible for implementing sales strategies aimed at securing our ability to provide service to multiple dwelling units (MDU) properties, maximizing product/service penetration and increasing revenue. This job can be filled in the Midco footprint of ND, SD, MN, or KS.
The hiring range for this position is $17.50-$21.25 per hour. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on multiple factors including internal equity, location, and the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Service incoming calls, and emails from business customers inquiring about Midco products and services.
- Build relationships with the current customer base to enable renewal and growth of embedded services.
- Make outbound calls to current customers to improve relationships and reduce the propensity to end Midco services through needs-based questioning.
- Actively support Outside Account Executives by sharing lead insights, assisting with proposal development, and ensuring timely follow-up on shared opportunities.

JOB PURPOSE:
Help create, implement and drive a data-driven culture through analytics, enhanced reporting and decision support. Execute timely financial analysis and reporting surrounding day-to-day business metrics, strategic initiatives, new products, pricing, profit optimization and business development areas. KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Help drive fact-based solutions and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
