Hudson Valley Credit Union (HVCU) is seeking a Program Manager, Organizational Development (Contract) to craft and evolve learning experiences that support emerging and seasoned leaders. You’ll design programs that are inclusive, experiential, and rooted in real-world leadership challenges, growing a community of empowered change-makers across our organization.  

In addition to designing program goals, objectives, and supporting documentation (Learner Guides, Worksheets, Design Documents), you’llfocus on measuring the impact of our programs on the individual and organizational levels. You’lllaunch and oversee programs employing your refined project management skills, ensuring great experiences for our learners as well as our internal departmental partners. You will be an integral part of the Organizational Development Team as we continue to support HVCU’s important mission.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Director Consumer & Business Deposit Product. Primary Function: work cross functionally guided by a core principle of putting the member front and center.  The Director is responsible for driving profitable growth of acquisition, relationship deepening, and retention through the development, design and promotion of HVCU’s Consumer and Business deposit product set.  The Director will devise, maintain, monitor and disseminate reporting and insights related to competitive activity, pricing, profitability, customer growth and product mix.  The Director is also responsible for evaluating and improving our products by recommending enhancements, tracking and communicating profitability and collaborating with key HVCU partners, including the line of business leadership, marketing, technology and information systems, member experience, enterprise project management, finance, legal/compliance and training.  Additionally, the Director will lead new product development and enhancement activities for checking, savings, and time-deposits for both Consumer and Business products.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Automation Platforms Manager. Primary Function: manage a team responsible for the development planning, design, operational readiness, and support cloud computing of the automation platform including, but not limited to RPA, Batch, and CI/CD. This will require both technical and leadership competencies to manage and help coordinate major initiatives, coordinating multiple departments, service lines, platforms, and various administrative interfaces with overall business/financial solutions. Manage projects involving high business risk, scope, and impact to the organization; leads and facilitates strategic projects and is involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, workflows and needs associated with environments. The individual will help execute the strategy and will provide insight to leaders, peers, and team members on the delivery. 

• Oversee and manage all automation development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Manages projects involving high business risk, scope, and impact on the organization.
• Leads and facilitates strategic projects and is involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, workflows and needs associated with environments.
• Conduct regular meetings to provide staff with updated department and Credit Union initiatives. Evaluate and coach employees on a regular basis and provide appropriate feedback.
• Responsible for employee training and development. Mentor departmental staff on assignments and promote team environment.
