Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Manager Contact Center. Primary Function: directly manage the Supervisors of the Contact Center. Successfully implement HVCU's Sales and Service Success Model with members. Monitor and assess the performance of the Contact Center to ensure the achievement of the organizational retail and operational goals. Develop and coach direct reports to add to department profitability and facilitate individual career development.

• Work with the Contact Center Workforce Analyst to manage the scheduling of the Contact Center staff to ensure adequate staffing levels for inbound, outbound and web delivery channels. Monitor and manage daily call flow to meet service levels. Identify trends in call flows to drive efficiency. Assess changes in workloads, evaluate impact to service levels and make recommendations as appropriate.
  
• Measure and analyze member experience tools (NPS survey results, production reports, etc.) that drive excellent member service. Leverage the insights gained from multiple sources to drive improvements to member experiences and production.
  
• Lead and participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Engage in the Credit Union’s philosophy of continuous improvement to look for opportunities to enhance revenue and efficiency, reduce expenses, streamline and improve operations.
  
• Prepare Contact Center’s annual budget proposal for review by the AVP of Contact Center. Analyze approved budget variances and expenditures throughout the year.
  
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Primary Function: Responsible for the engagement and development of branch staff to drive new member acquisition, both business and personal, and promote consultative, needs based selling to create and deepen member relationships and retain existing members. • Responsible for the engagement and development of branch staff to drive branch goal attainment and ensure high quality service to members through successful implementation of our consultative, needs based selling approach.
• Conduct business development activities in the branch market. This includes proactive outreach to existing members, prospects and COIs and attending community functions and events of other local businesses to build relationships and create HVCU brand awareness in the community.
• Monitor branch goals and objectives daily. Meet weekly with branch management team to discuss current sales coaching and development activities and develop tactics to increase branch results. Provide weekly results report to Region Manager. 
• Create an environment of accountability. Set clear expectations, goals and objectives to drive results and provide consistent coaching and development to branch staff.
• Ensure branch staff is trained on processes and product knowledge, cross selling credit union products and services, automated transaction services, marketing programs, and referring members to branch business partners for expert advice.
• Meet at least monthly with direct report and semi-annually with all branch staff to obtain employee feedback and provide performance feedback and career-pathing to branch employees.  Complete annual performance evaluation for Assistant Branch Manager.
• Support marketing programs to drive branch growth.
• Oversee all aspects of branch operations including completion of branch audits and security checks, and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for branch profitability and efficiency.  Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and improve service to members by eliminating waste and reducing expenses with efficient processes and high quality output. Create the branch budget and monitor expenditures and variances.
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Float Supervisor Branch Operations. Primary Function: Engage and develop the Float Universal Associates to provide high quality member service through efficient transaction processing and successful implementation of HVCU Sales and Service Model. Responsible for traveling to fill branch leadership needs across all locations. Provide supervisory and leadership coverage to assist in the growth of the credit union and meet organizational goals.

• Assume responsibility for the staff and daily operations of assigned branches (both standard and universal models) including cash/teller operations, ATM, Teller Infinity, branch proof, compliance, and security.

• Interview, hire, coach, and develop Float Universal Associates to ensure high-quality service to members through successful implementation of HVCU Sales and Service Model to promote the Credit Union’s full line of products and services.

• Create, implement, and monitor employee performance plans. Monitor sales/cascading goals and results and conduct regular milestone meetings. Identify trends and make recommendations to ensure team goals are achieved.

• Create work schedules and assignments for Float Universal Associates that minimize member wait times and maximize employee availability. Ensure the branch traffic is managed effectively to seamlessly transition members to the appropriate area of the branch for service.

• Create an environment of accountability. Set clear expectations, goals and objectives to drive results and provide consistent coaching and development to branch staff.

• Ensure staff is well educated on marketing programs and promotions, self-service options, product knowledge and sales techniques. Schedule and oversee employee training and ensures employees complete regular refresher training.

• Look for opportunities to enhance revenue, reduce expenses, create efficient processes and improve operations. Submit annual budget recommendations to the AVP Branch Operations.

• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
