Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Automation Platforms Manager. Primary Function: manage a team responsible for the development planning, design, operational readiness, and support cloud computing of the automation platform including, but not limited to RPA, Batch, and CI/CD. This will require both technical and leadership competencies to manage and help coordinate major initiatives, coordinating multiple departments, service lines, platforms, and various administrative interfaces with overall business/financial solutions. Manage projects involving high business risk, scope, and impact to the organization; leads and facilitates strategic projects and is involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, workflows and needs associated with environments. The individual will help execute the strategy and will provide insight to leaders, peers, and team members on the delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all automation development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Overview

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Network Engineer. Primary Functions: Design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. Ensure high availability, security, and performance across all network systems. Lead network initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across departments to support business goals.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based networks
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Implement and enforce network security protocols and disaster recovery plans
Lead network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects
Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
Mentor junior engineers and provide escalation support
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Participate in Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises and perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field required.
License/Certification ITILv3 Foundation or higher (or within 1 year) required.
License/Certification CCNP, CCDP, JNCIP preferred.
License/Certification Mircrosoft Azure Data Engineer preferred.
Minimum 8 years of Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs required.
Minimum 8 years of experience Data Wharehousing, Data Lakes and big date platforms required.
Minimum 5 years Python experience Han)ds-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or similar platforms required.
Minimum 5 years Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) required.
Minimum 3 years Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure preferred), automation concepts required.
