Primary Function: The Identity and Access Manager is a critical role responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. Primary Functions: Analyzes business and technical requirements, identifies program/project needs, develops the testing strategy, plan, approach, scenarios, test cases, and performs or coordinates the functional testing and performance testing for the credit union technologies. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Plan, manage, troubleshoot, and deploy client/server-based applications.
• Automate workflows using Python, Jenkins, GIT, BASH, Ansible, and third-party API's along with RPA, Batch technologies, and other available tools.
• Building micro services based on containerized applications.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments. 
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify, prioritize business requirements, and create functional user stories that align with business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on how our internal systems/processes relate to one another to manage, prioritize, and respond to ad-hoc requests from a large and diverse group of individuals in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable, repeatable lead management processes that enable efficiencies across all platforms and business areas.
• Manages projects involving high business risk, scope, and impact on the organization.
• Leads and facilitates strategic projects and is involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, workflows and needs associated with environments.
• Conduct regular meetings to provide staff with updated department and Credit Union initiatives. Evaluate and coach employees on a regular basis and provide appropriate feedback.
• Responsible for employee training and development. Mentor departmental staff on assignments and promote team environment.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Network Engineer. Primary Functions: Design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. Ensure high availability, security, and performance across all network systems. Lead network initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across departments to support business goals.

• Design, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based networks
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Implement and enforce network security protocols and disaster recovery plans
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects
• Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures

• Minimum 8 years of Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience Data Wharehousing, Data Lakes and big date platforms required. 
• Minimum 5 years Python experience Han)ds-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or similar platforms required. 
• Minimum 5 years Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) required.
• Minimum 3 years Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure preferred), automation concepts required.
