Primary Function: Ensure the delivery of an exceptional member experience while maintaining operational integrity of the branch. Foster employee development through training and coaching to inspire actions that increase engagement and productivity in order to meet branch and organizational goals.

Primary Function: Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex or time sensitive files, on a timely basis that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, including making recommendations on approval and determining appropriate risk ratings for all types of commercial products, with little guidance from the Commercial Lending leadership team.

• Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex and time sensitive files that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, comprehensive and contain thorough and relevant analysis, and are free of typographical, grammatical and mathematical errors that require limited or no editing by the Supervisor, Commercial Credit/AVP, Commercial Lending.  To include identifying recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow, the Borrower’s ability to cover debt service, and the ability of the guarantor to support the Borrower.
• Assign the appropriate risk rating based on identified financial trends, risks, mitigants and policy exceptions.  Recommendations are to be supported by financial spreads, investigative data (credit reports; lien & litigation searches, etc.) and where applicable global cash flows, covenant compliance assessments or other such analytical measures.
• Assist with loan structure and mentoring of other credit staff, on an as needed basis.
• Complete commercial credit analyses within specified deadlines.
• Maintain the Credit Union’s commercial loan portfolio by performing annual reviews, renewals, extensions and modifications on existing borrowing relationships.

• Prepare business loan documents according to approval; coordinate business loan closings; determine what fees have been paid and/or are due prior to closing; clear conditions of loan commitments and clear loans for closing; upload business loans into system; co-ordinate funding of business loans.

Primary Function: Process home equity loans and lines of credit applications based on Credit Union Policies, home equity  lending products, home equity guidelines and state and federal regulatory requirements. Primary contact with members and all parties involved in the home equity application process to ensure consistent communication and Credit Union service standards are met.

• Process home equity loan applications in compliance with Credit Union lending guidelines. Activates and initiates services for new home equity loan applications.
• Initiate introductory member contact for all new applications, communicating home equity process overview and outstanding documentation. Remain a key point of contact for the member, branch and contact center staff from application submission through clear to close status.
• Manage loan documentation to ensure the data integrity and accuracy of information entered into the loan origination system. Generates loan documents and prepares the home equity file for underwriting.

Successfully implement HVCU's Sales and Service Success Model with members. Monitor and assess the performance of the Contact Center to ensure the achievement of the organizational retail and operational goals. Develop and coach direct reports to add to department profitability and facilitate individual career development.

• Oversee and develop direct reports to supervise the Contact Center staff and ensure proper implementation of HVCU’s Sales and Success Model.

• Interview, hire, manage and develop Contact Center Supervisors. Meet regularly with Contact Center Supervisors to review department performance including individual performance feedback and development opportunities. Meet monthly with direct reports. • Process and validate Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination client files to ensure all transactions are accurately entered to ACH system.
