Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Commercial Credit Analyst II. Primary Function: Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex or time sensitive files, on a timely basis that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, including making recommendations on approval and determining appropriate risk ratings for all types of commercial products, with little guidance from the Commercial Lending leadership team.

• Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex and time sensitive files that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, comprehensive and contain thorough and relevant analysis, and are free of typographical, grammatical and mathematical errors that require limited or no editing by the Supervisor, Commercial Credit/AVP, Commercial Lending.  To include identifying recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow, the Borrower’s ability to cover debt service, and the ability of the guarantor to support the Borrower.
• Assign the appropriate risk rating based on identified financial trends, risks, mitigants and policy exceptions.  Recommendations are to be supported by financial spreads, investigative data (credit reports; lien & litigation searches, etc.) and where applicable global cash flows, covenant compliance assessments or other such analytical measures.
• Assist with loan structure and mentoring of other credit staff, on an as needed basis.
• Complete commercial credit analyses within specified deadlines.
• Maintain the Credit Union’s commercial loan portfolio by performing annual reviews, renewals, extensions and modifications on existing borrowing relationships.
• Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other HVCU personnel, members, etc. within given timeframes and within established policy.
• Achieve goals assigned to the Credit Analyst II as part of the departments’ annual operating plan. To include initiating and implementing process improvements to enhance member experience and increase department efficiencies.
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. • Provide internal and external member service by responding to calls in all in-bound queues related to product information, account details, loan applications, establishing new accounts for existing members, etc. Conduct outbound calls as directed. Primary Function: directly supervise, coach and develop Contact Center Specialists in order to achieve organizational and department goals. • Create and implement department procedures and staff developmental plans. Continuously review and update procedures and forms for compliance and accuracy. Implement necessary changes to improve efficiency for the effectiveness of the department and disseminate information to staff.
• Responsible for coordination of Real Estate Servicing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and year end reports including IRS reporting, Escrow Analysis and member statements. Ensure servicing software compatibility and compliance to areas within the Credit Union; IT, Accounting, Member Debt Solutions, Branches, Compliance, Internal Audit.
• Establish, monitor and ensure that service level agreements related to mortgage servicing functions are met.
• Work with other departments including Real Estate Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Secondary Market and Member Debt Solutions to ensure data integrity for loans boarded into the mortgage servicing system.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required.

• Minimum 8 years' experience with entire DevOps lifecycle - Orchestration, Configuration, CI/CD, Monitoring, Security, required 

• Minimum 8 year's experience as a cloud engineer, automation engineer or similar software engineering role using automation and orchestration technologies (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.), required

• Minimum 5 years' experience Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI), required 

• Minimum 5 years' Leadership experience in an IT environment, including managing relationships with internal partners and external vendors, required

• Minimum 5 years' experience with public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Digital Ocean, etc, required 

• Minimum 2 years' experience Managing designing, building, deploying, and running web applications and application programming interfaces in an enterprise environment, preferred

• Minimum 2 years' Creating and executing strategy & roadmaps, preferred 

• Previous experience in financial services industry preferred

• Responsible for implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, cloud integrations data transfers deployment of cloud-native applications, and implementing cloud security measures.  Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and guidance is followed and acts as a subject matter expert to peer infrastructure and application support personnel
• Perform advanced Cloud technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation
• Guide configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and ensure all quality and change control standards are met regarding cloud systems.
• Plan, conduct, and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projects
• Conduct investigations and tests of considerable complexity.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, build DevOps infrastructure and application CICD pipelines from scratch
• Develop detailed advanced technical documentation that support tasks such as system setup, configuration guidelines, and operational support
• Ensure adherence to security standards and policies in collaboration with Information Security
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
