• Investigate alerts or notifications produced within fraud analytics software, and other daily reports, related to potential misuse or abuse of products and services such as account and deposit fraud, wire fraud, loan fraud and identity theft.

Primary Function: preparing business loan documents, interacting with lenders, attorneys and appraisers. Primarily focused on the more complex and/or time sensitive business loan files relying on extensive business lending processing experience to make sound decisions and recommendations. Coordinating business loan closings and maintaining documentation software. Uploading business loan information into system and funding loans. Provide service to internal and external member requests.

• Prepare business loan documents according to approval; coordinate business loan closings; determine what fees have been paid and/or are due prior to closing; clear conditions of loan commitments and clear loans for closing; upload business loans into system; co-ordinate funding of business loans.

• Guide configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and ensure all quality and change control standards are met regarding cloud systems.
• Plan, conduct, and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projects
• Conduct investigations and tests of considerable complexity.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, build DevOps infrastructure and application CICD pipelines from scratch
• Develop detailed advanced technical documentation that support tasks such as system setup, configuration guidelines, and operational support
• Ensure adherence to security standards and policies in collaboration with Information Security
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
