Determine, collect and maintain data for developing complex reports that support the business needs of the company and then applying the reporting results to decision making for the company; drive the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan around sustainability including data gathering, analysis, research, and cross-functional collaboration; develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with overall company objectives; analyze and propose ways to improve our organization’s structure, efficiency, and profits; collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives; drive utilization of all existing policies and propose new policies to support industry sustainability needs; gather, analyze and interpret sustainability data to drive implementation of sustainability initiatives across all policies; understand emerging trends, technologies and best practices in the insurance industry.

Requirements

U.S. Master’s Degree in Sustainable Business
