Registered Nurse (RN) Floor Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Rate: $50 - $58/hour
Shifts: Primarily evenings, nights, and weekends (8-hour shifts)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling (biweekly to monthly)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Floor Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing home in Middletown, NY. This role involves working directly with geriatric residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort while maintaining compliance with medical standards.
RN Floor NurseResponsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring residents' needs are met.
- Monitor and document vital signs.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Perform wound care and assist in patient education.
- Conduct assessments and respond to patient needs.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
