Primary Function: Support strategic direction through communication and leadership actions aligned with organizational goals. Guide team by applying established performance standards, training, and coaching to develop employees to meet or exceed expectations, building an engaged team. Ensure adherence to the established budget and provide recommendations for adjustments for improvement. Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution. Contribute toward budgetary construction, monitors and makes recommendations for adjustments to reduce expenses.
Plan for and analyze gaps and trends and influence direction with business partners. Build cohesive relationships across all business lines and drive change.
Responsible for compiling, analyzing, preparing and reporting metrics, results, team development and operational/financial/statistical data to all levels within the organization.
Maintain superior knowledge of the variety of products, guidelines and services offered and attend meetings and training programs as required by the Credit Union in order to maintain this level of experience and knowledge.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge.
