Primary Function: Engage and develop the Relationship Advisors to provide high quality member service through successful implementation of our consultative, needs based interaction model. Grow the branch business to meet both branch and organizational goals and support the attainment of branch operational integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and developthe FSRs to drive branch goal attainment and ensure high quality service to members through the successful implementation of our consultative, needs-based selling approach.
- Create an environment of accountability by setting clear expectations, goals and objectives to drive results and providing consistent coaching and development to the FSR staff.

The Evening Housekeeping Supervisor contributes to the comfort, care, and safety of guests through maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the maintenance of public areas and our guest room areas. Create work schedules and assignments for Float Universal Associates that minimize member wait times and maximize employee availability. Ensure the branch traffic is managed effectively to seamlessly transition members to the appropriate area of the branch for service.
Create an environment of accountability. Set clear expectations, goals and objectives to drive results and provide consistent coaching and development to branch staff.
Ensure staff is well educated on marketing programs and promotions, self-service options, product knowledge and sales techniques. Schedule and oversee employee training and ensures employees complete regular refresher training.
Look for opportunities to enhance revenue, reduce expenses, create efficient processes and improve operations. Submit annual budget recommendations to the AVP Branch Operations.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities. This includes the Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Employee and Member Value Propositions, Sales and Service Model, and commitment to Lean Six Sigma practices. Qualifications
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) certificate, or state authorized high school equivalent certificate
- NYS Notary Public licence following 12 months achievement of independence on the job required
- Valid Drivers License is required.
- Minimum 2 Years Sales and customer service experience in a financial institution or retail environment
- Minimum 1 Year Supervisory or leadership experience in a financial institution or retail environment preferred

Regularly travel and provide supervisory and leadership coverage for all HVCU branch locations, in the absence of branch leadership.
