Location: Kingston, New York
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18 - $24 per hour
Are you a hands-on, organized team player looking for a full-time role with great hours and room to grow? We’re on the hunt for a Warehouse & Fleet Support Associate to join a fast-paced, dynamic team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory.
- Receive, store, and distribute materials across the warehouse.
- Keep accurate inventory counts and stock levels.
- Splice and test fiber cables (training provided).
- Prep orders for pickup or delivery.
- Support the Fleet Manager with vehicle appearance, maintenance, and DOT compliance.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with facility upkeep and operations.
- Pitch in on various tasks as needed—every day’s a little different!
What We’re Looking For - Warehouse & Fleet Support Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus!).
- At least 1 year of warehouse, fleet, or facilities experience.
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- A valid driver’s license is required (must pass a DMV check – you’ll be moving vehicles around the yard, not driving on public roads).
