Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing & Residential Group Home
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Pay: $35 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 12-hour day shifts

Ethan Allen Staffing is hiring a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in both a skilled nursing facility and a residential group home in Poughkeepsie, NY. This full-time, weekday role is ideal for LPNs seeking consistency, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Monitor and document patients’ health status and promptly report changes

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date medical records

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and infection control procedures

LPN Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or group home preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to work independently and within a care team
