Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions’ client, located in Wappingers Falls, NY, is seeking a Field Technician for Air Quality Monitoring. Experience in other trades, environmental work, HVAC, comfort in construction settings and any building knowledge are all a plus.

Our client will pay for all training and certifications to become an air quality monitor for construction sites. This position is a great starting point into a career.

Daily job duties may include:

• Monitoring construction projects
• Collecting air samples
• Reviewing results of testing
• Take diligent notes and records

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Basic Math and Science skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Reliable car for transportation during the entire work day that can transport work tools
  • Work sites range from Rockland/Westchester Counties all the way to Greene, Sullivan and Columbia Counties - mileage reimbursed

We think you’ll be great for this position if:

• You like to spend time in the great outdoors – you will be required to work outside for extended periods of your shift
• You’re open to working overtime hours including weekends

You must have your own vehicle and valid drivers license. All employees must pass a pre-employment physical.

This is a full time, first shift position. Some nights and weekends may be required. Work locations may vary, but mileage will be reimbursed. Respirators are a requirement of the position so you will need to be clean shaven.
