Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Manager Identity and Access. Primary Function: The Identity and Access Manager is a critical role responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This individual will ensure that all the employees of the credit union have the appropriate access to systems, applications, and data while adhering to the principle of least privilege. The role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulatory compliance and a commitment to protecting member and credit union data from unauthorized access. The manager will work collaboratively with other areas within IT, security, audit, and business stakeholders to enhance the security posture and operational efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the credit union’s overall Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, policies, and procedures in alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Systematically review user access permissions to ensure they are appropriate and adhere to the principle of least privilege.
- Collaborate with IT, security, audit, and business leaders to understand their access needs, resolve issues, and ensure IAM solutions support business operations without compromising security.
- Act as a key responder for any access-related security incidents, identifying unauthorized access attempts and implementing immediate remediation measures.
- Act as the key responder for user access related audits by internal audit, external partners and regulatory bodies.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Environmental Health Safety Workforce Training Instructor - Part Time, Grant Funded
SUNY Orange FoodTEC is seeking an Environmental Health Safety Workforce Training Instructor with knowledge in Environmental Health and Food Safety. This Instructor will provide workforce training to FoodTEC Workforce Development Program participants. Supervising Groundsman
The work involves responsibility for the general maintenance and upkeep of all grounds and grounds equipment of the College. Work is carried out under general supervision with leeway for independent judgement in the planning and scheduling grounds and equipment maintenance. Supervision is exercised over subordinate personnel.
TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES:
- Plans, schedules, supervises and participates in grounds maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing, reseeding, fertilizing, spraying, watering, pruning, planting and the removal of debris with hand and power equipment;
- Schedules, supervises and participates in maintenance of sidewalks, parking lots and storm drains;
- Schedules, supervises and participates in layout and maintenance of gardens and athletic fields;
- Schedules, supervises and participates in snow removal and sanding of lots, sidewalks and roof areas;
- Compiles information for bids, requisitions, stores and maintains inventory;
- Instructs and supervises subordinates in the safe operation and maintenance of power and hand equipment;
- Schedules, supervises and participates in the maintenance and repair of all power and hand equipment;
- Schedules, supervises and participates in the maintenance and repair of garage and workshop;
- Schedules, supervises and participates in the daily removal of all waste from campus buildings and grounds for disposal at landfill;
- Operates a variety of tools and ground equipment, including, but not limited to, backhoes, tractors, mechanical post hold diggers, leveling instruments, chain saws, etc.;
- Completes reports as required.
Other: Full-time, 12 months, Civil Service Competitive Provisional Appointment. Civil Service Examination is a requirement for permanent appointment. Examination to be announced at later date.
Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM, (40 hours per week - one hour paid lunch). Hours will vary during peak periods.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either:
(A) An Associate's Degree in Landscape Development, Recreation and Sports Area Management or related field and one (1) year of supervisory experience involving all aspects of grounds and grounds equipment maintenance; OR
(B) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and three (3) years of paid work experience involving all aspects of grounds and grounds equipment maintenance, one (1) year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity; OR
(C) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must obtain within one (1) year of appointment, and maintain, appropriate pesticide, insecticide and herbicide applicator's certification.
Must obtain with one (1) year of appointment and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License with a "B" classification (CDL-B)
Preferred Skills, Abilities and Characteristics:
Good knowledge of grounds maintenance operations and upkeep practices; good knowledge of planting, cultivating, pruning, and general care of plants, flowers, shrubs and lawns; good knowledge of the symptoms and means of combatting insects and other pests typical of the area; good knowledge of the operation of machinery and tools used in groundskeeping; good knowledge in the maintenance of groundskeeping machinery, equipment and tools; working knowledge of snow removal and related equipment, including maintenance of ploughs, tractors, blowers and salters; working knowledge of welding, mechanical fabrication and repair of equipment including small engines; working knowledge of construction methods; ability to read blueprints; ability to plan and supervise the work of others; ability to perform routine arduous manual work; ability to follow oral and written instructions; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

PROSPERAR Pathway Coach - PT
The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach works collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive and student-centered environment, with students of various learning styles, identities and life experiences. As a representative of one or more of the seven communities, this position centers on clearing the path for students to graduate, with targeted strategies to meet the needs of Hispanic and low-income students. The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach will help students gain access to resources when most needed. Programming is focused on student skill development in time management, long-term planning, study skills, and self-advocacy to support academic retention and completion. Through individual and group advisement, the PROSPERAR Pathway Coach will ensure that students utilize the resources that have been recommended and monitor their impact on student success. Emphasis is placed on making student referrals to appropriate services that foster collaborative support from multiple departments.
The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach will serve as a support system to the designated department(s) to ensure that students graduate from college, explore vocational opportunities, and find their career path. Travel may be required between both campuses and other sites, as needed. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the program, including evening, and some weekends, is essential.
Job Requirements:

Case Manager (Welfare to Work)
The Employment & Training Administration is currently seeking a Case Manager to join their team.
The Case Manager will plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of individuals enrolled in Welfare to Work programs. The essential nature of the work is to assign program participants to employment activities to meet federal participation work requirements as well as help them to reach economic independence. This position will be responsible for motivating clients to fulfill the terms of their work requirements and to develop a plan to achieve realistic occupational goals. Additionally, the Case Manager will handle the maintenance of participant records, data entry and case note activities that will be entered into and managed in a state database/computer system. Organization and computer experience is required. Due to mandated program participation, at times, the position may call for work with unmotivated clients with multiple barriers to employment. We are currently seeking Adjunct Clinical Instructors to teach clinical per diem. Days and times of clinical assignments can be found on the Diagnostic Imaging webpage, but in general, are day or "business hours". The number of hours assigned may vary and are determined by student clinical assignments and workload (hours or a certain number of hours are not guaranteed). Typically the assigned hours vary from a minimum of 15 to a max of 120 hours in a semester depending on allotted hours and one's availability.
Clinical instructors may also be assigned to function as Skills Lab Instructors for tutoring. Skills labs typically occur after class and scheduled labs conclude (approximately 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and later). These sessions support student success through individualized review and practice. Other future opportunities could include continuing education courses (development and hosting).
The Adjunct Clinical Instructor supports the Radiologic Technology Program by providing direct supervision, instruction, and evaluation of students in the clinical setting. Clinical instructors play a critical role in helping students integrate classroom knowledge with patient care and imaging practice in a professional healthcare environment.
Clinical instructors are assigned to various affiliated clinical locations based on program need. While the program makes every effort to place instructors at sites closer to their residence, site requests cannot be guaranteed. The current program location is Middletown, but this will likely change to Newburgh in about a year.
Job Requirements:
Education Required: Associate's degree in Radiography, Healthcare, Education or other related field. Holds current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and NYS DOH license for Radiography.
Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years' clinical experience in radiography. Strong knowledge of, or experience with, program policies and procedures, leadership, technique building, anatomy, and positioning skills. NYS Radiography license. ARRT Certification in Radiography.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics: Bachelor's degree in Radiography, Healthcare, Education or other related field. Proficient in supervision, instruction, and evaluation. Experience with students at a clinical affiliate or another imaging centering. CPR Certification.

SUNY Orange is seeking an innovative and student-centered professional to join our dynamic team as the Assistant Director of Career Success. This role, housed within the Center for Student and Career Success, plays a pivotal part in fulfilling our mission to empower students to achieve their academic and career aspirations.

- Accurately process transactions. Educate members about the most convenient way to complete transaction processing in the branch and through other channels such as Internet Banking, the mobile app, audio response, the Contact Center, etc. Resolve member complaints and concerns quickly and efficiently and involve other functional areas as needed.
- Responsible for handling large volumes of cash and negotiable items. Assists management with daily operational tasks including operator, ATM, TellerInfinity and branch proof.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing instruction to guests of the Pavilion Ice rink. This will encompass teaching the basic fundamentals of skating. Demonstrate proper use of equipment, techniques and methods of proper movements to achieve proficiency in activity.

English as a Second Language Instructor (P/T)
The ESL Program at SUNY Orange is widely recognized throughout Orange County for offering quality instruction on multiple levels. The program is an academically based adult education program.
