Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in advancing the mission of the client. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outreach: Conducting outreach efforts to ensure the availability and awareness of all programs and services in the community.
- Program Representation: Acting as an ambassador for the organization at various events, trainings, forums, and meetings to promote and advocate for our services.
- Resource Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on available resources, trends, and interventions.
- Volunteer Management: Recruiting, engaging, and training volunteers to participate in the program. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of volunteer information and activities.

Program Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Massage Therapist is responsible for providing all the various massage services offered in the Spa at Mohonk Mountain House. The Massage Therapist is an active member of the Spa team responsible for maintaining a high level of guest service and satisfaction. The Massage Therapist is expected to make a professional recommendation for their guest to facilitate continued wellness.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact related to Recreation, Spa and Meal reservations for in-house guests. This staff person will have very high levels of guest contact. In addition to assisting guests with reservations for activities, this staff member will serve as contact point for Mohonk Staff members looking to provide further guest experience enhancements. This person will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the Central Stairs information boards related to content and appearance.

- Assist Fitness Manager by observing swimming areas for safety hazards, single swimmer situation or no on deck situations, unsafe behavior and medical emergencies. Take any corrective action necessary; follow proper emergency practice if needed.
- Oversee the all necessary paperwork including but not limited to Safety Data Sheets, Personal Protective Equipment tracking, maintenance requests, guest charges, chemical orders and maintenance logs. Achieve and maintain Certified Pool Operators certification status.
- Adhere to all company, departmental and spa operational policies and procedures.
