Primary Function: perform duties required to verify, balance, image and send adjustment notices for transactions received via mail, ATM, and Mobile Banking. Assist members with ATM inquiries and transaction resolution. - Receive, open, sort and proof incoming mail and ATM transactions utilizing various mail opening equipment. Examine contents and endorsements to ensure signature requirements and prevent potential fraud.

- Underwrite consumer loans including Home Equity applications in accordance with Credit Union loan policies and guidelines. This includes using high-side and low-side overrides at the discretion of the Underwriter. Offers counseling when appropriate. Documents loan exceptions thoroughly.
- Ensure that documents required by Truth in Lending and RESPA are issued in accordance with current regulations.
- Responsible for data integrity in all consumer loan systems.
- Perform follow-up, compile and authenticate the required documents needed to support all consumer loans including Home Equity applications
- Request appropriate services required for new Home Equity applications.
- Handle member interactions and internal customers over the phone, in writing or in person in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain satisfactory level of technical knowledge and professional skill to keep up with current developments and changes in regulations.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
