This Guest Services Attendant is responsible for welcoming and assisting prospective and current guests at the resort. Responsibilities include assisting guests with their luggage and valet parking. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years equivalent experience for each undergraduate year not completed; undergraduate degree cannot substitute for minimum number of years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience working in complex technical environments is required.
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a solution architect role or an equivalent field is required.
- Relevant techinical certification in the area of cloud platform Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Relevant technical certification(s) in the area of enterprise architecture frameworks (i.e. TOGAD, Zachman, BIAN) are preferred.

- Create solution architecture artifacts in alignment with the credit union’s strategic technology roadmap and enterprise architecture principles. Assist the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Architecture to drive, ensure alignment and promote the company’s technology strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Enterprise Architects, IT leadership, and our internal customers to realize business strategies to meet the needs of the member base now and well into the future.
- Ensure architectures are flexible, scalable, and account for directional changes taking place across the enterprise.
- Review architecture artifacts with business and technology stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, standards, technology strategy and roadmaps.
- Research industry best-practice, market-leading technologies to advise business partners and to help shape the opinion and direction of the company.
- Ensure security and operational integrity is sustainable.
- Partner with other critical HVCU back office functions (e.g., PMO, Marketing) to ensure process alignment and collaboration on initiatives to improve speed to market and quality deliverables.
- Leverage best of breed technology design.
- Follow architectural standards and governance in line with enterprise technology roadmap, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

- Recommend and assist with the build-out of new processes within IT in support of enterprise architecture functions.
