Working at the Creamery is a fast-paced, engaging experience. We start the day early saying hello to the Chaseholm cows, picking up milk, and off we go! We’re a small team and we do most things by hand – we are artisans after all! - The ability to handle physically demanding work, lift 30 lbs comfortably, remain moving on your feet for a few hours at a time (with breaks of course!): certain tasks are possible to complete while sitting but there is definitely a lot of walking around on the processing floor!
- A strong work ethic with regards to time management: when you’re on the clock you’re working efficiently

We like to work hard so we can play hard, we know that beer tastes better ice cold, and we’ve enjoyed many a team pizza party and bonfire cookout. Sometimes we’ll do both at once: you might find us one day blasting pop tunes as we clean cheese equipment and the next day listening to some delightful classical music as we press cheese curds into their final forms.
