Our client in Kingston is seeking an Assistant Restoration Technician. You will help restore homes and businesses that have been affected by fire, water or mold damage. This is an entry-level position designed to train individuals to become fully qualified Restoration Technicians in as little as 90 days.

Responsibilities of Assistant Restoration Technician:

• Clean-up after fire, smoke, and water damage including water extraction
  • Able to clean damaged properties, sanitize belongings and handle water damage issues
• Light demolition
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Packing up boxes

Assistant Restoration Technician Qualifications:

• Experience working with a moving or construction company is preferred
• Must be able to list up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to learn and to be trained in the industry
• Must have valid driver’s license.

This is a full time, temp-to-hire position. Starting pay rate is $17-$18 per hour. Hourly rate increases upon promotion to Restoration Technician (nearing $20/hr + for candidates with water/fire/mold or biohazard remediation experience)

Maintenance Technician Needed in Kingston, NY

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and structural issues
• Ensure building safety and compliance with regulations
