BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:
The PM Mechanic is responsible to ensure that students and staff have functional appliances, heating and cooling systems, and lighting systems. The mechanic will need to be able to perform basic troubleshooting and diagnosis of building systems, work with skilled mechanics on complicated tasks and projects and respond to service calls.
Maintain buildings, facilities and utilities associated with a multiple type complex (commercial/multi-residential and academic).
