Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Relationship Manager. Primary Function: Provide superior member service through efficient and accurate transaction processing and applying a consultative needs-based sales approach. Coordinator of BRIDGES - Grant Funded
The Coordinator of BRIDGES will provide instructional support to students by overseeing the development and delivery of a curriculum by a team of Instructors to meet students' individual social, academic, vocational, and life skills goals. The position's primary responsibilities include delivery and development of educational content, educational coaching for students pursuing inclusive academic offerings on campus but outside of the program. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with students at different levels and using educational strategies and techniques to provide highly differentiated teaching in varying formats that accommodate many different learning styles.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Support & Curriculum Development
- Provide class coverage as needed.
- Develop, track, and maintain program-specific curriculum, learning outcomes, syllabi, and chronologies of study.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes through formal and informal assessments and classroom observations.
- Provide direct instruction and coaching to students as required.
Academic Coaching & Inclusion Support

Student Support & Planning

Job Requirements:
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related human service degree.
Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in human services, education, or related post-secondary or community-based programs. At least two (2) years of direct teaching, training, or instructional experience preferred.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:
- Experience creating and implementing person-centered academic planning
- Knowledge of Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) Waiver, and, in particular, self-directed supports and services as offered by NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD)
- Community college or higher education experience.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with supervising personnel, coworkers, all constituents and the public.

Youth Employment Specialist - PT
The Youth Employment Specialist will initiate employment programming and activities for youth participants between the ages of 16 and 24. The Youth Employment Specialist will assess and develop youth participant employment skills and establish employment/career goals. This position will be expected to maintain attendance and participation records, and monitor youth participant progress toward their individual and program goals. Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months Sales and customer service experience in a financial institution or retail environment experience required

- Provide strong resource support to staff members by maintaining an expert-level understanding of HVCU products/services and policies/procedures. Provide expert level mentoring to Contact Center Specialists on the implementation of the HVCU Sales and Success Model and adhering to HVCU operational procedures. Assist Contact Center Specialists with troubleshooting and resolving technical concerns, including member technical concerns. If necessary, escalate concerns to the appropriate parties if not resolved in a timely manner, including Contact Center management.
- Successfully implement the HVCU Sales and Success Model when interacting with internal and external members by providing consistent and superior internal and external member service. Respond to contacts in all queues (phone, chat and email) related to product information, account details, loan applications, establishing new accounts for existing members, etc. Establish long-term financial relationships with members by recommending products and services that will enhance members’ financial well-being and making appropriate referrals to Credit Union business partners.
- Handle member escalations (including phone and email correspondence) to ensure concerns are resolved or explore alternatives to satisfy member needs. Identify, research and resolve complex member issues with accuracy and independence on the first call. If needed, escalate concerns to management.
- Comply with Contact Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as, adherence to schedule and quality monitoring scores, etc. Work with supervisor to ensure expectations are being met.
- Respond to contacts in queue of all delivery channels (phone, email, chats) as directed by Contact Center Management.
- Complete quality assurance duties on work produced by the department to provide raw data to Contact Center Management. Provide feedback and recommendations to Contact Center Management based on the data gathered.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge.
